Naturopathy
Naturopathy involves thorough case taking and the requesting and reviewing of routine and functional pathology testing that is specific to your health complaint. Your Naturopathy care plan will include evidence based natural remedies such as bespoke herbal medicines, vitamin and mineral prescriptions, as well as diet and lifestyle modifications. Michelle has a special focus on all aspects of women’s health and hormones in her Brisbane clinic.
Acupuncture
A medicine that has stood the test of time…..Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine involve an assessment of the individual using tongue, pulse and abdominal diagnosis as well body palpation and examination. This helps the practitioner determine the cause of any symptoms or disease states. Michelle’s Acupuncture treatments which lean more towards Japanese style, are gentle, deeply relaxing and effective.
Michelle has a special interest in treating all women’s health and hormone complaints as well as muscle and joint aches and pains.
PSYCH K
Psych K is sometimes referred to as ‘Energy Psychology’ and is a system that works with the sub-conscious mind to help integrate the left and right hemispheres of the brain. This in turn helps to diffuse stressed states. Psych K involves the use of certain balances or processes that can allow an individual to be whole brained about an issue, concern or situation. In a whole brained state, we can experience peace, joy and ease in our daily lives.

Michelle has been servicing clients int the natural health profession for 28 years.
As well as being nationally registered with AHPRA, Michelle is also a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS), the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA) and the Australian Branch Of Toyohari Association (ABTA).
Michelle is also registered with Work Cover Queensland and with all major and participating health funds.
In house appointments in her Brisbane Southside clinic as well as online (Naturopathy and Psych K only) are available.
Michelle’s area of expertise is in women’s health including PCOS (PMOS), Endometriosis, PMDD, Menopause/Peri Menopause and Fertility using the ancient and sacred wisdom of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine together with the latest evidence based Naturopathy care.

Do you offer online consultations?
Yes. Naturopathy and Psych-K consultations are available online for clients anywhere in Australia. Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine treatments require an in-person visit to the Moorooka clinic on the south side of Brisbane.
Can acupuncture help with fertility and IVF?
Yes. Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine can support fertility by helping regulate the menstrual cycle, improve reproductive health, and reduce stress. Michelle also offers acupuncture protocols specifically timed to support IVF cycles, often working alongside fertility specialists.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies depending on the condition, its severity, and individual response to treatment. Michelle will discuss an appropriate treatment plan and expected timeframes during your initial consultation.
Does health insurance cover treatment?
Michelle is registered with WorkCover Queensland and most major private health funds. Check with your provider regarding your specific level of cover for acupuncture and naturopathy.
